Roller Conveyor

A gravity roller conveyor runs without the need of a motor. The conveyor rollers transport the products either manually when horizontal or by its own weight when the conveyor is on an incline.
Length, width and pitch are dependent on customer's requirements as we have various sizes and pitches of rollers depending on load, weights and working conditions.
Gravity roller track can be used for boxes, parcels, tote pans, pallets, boards, sections, bricks, sacks (tightly packed) and other components with flat bottoms or two straight edges.
Unfortunately gravity roller track is not suitable for items with feet. We can design and manufacture a new roller conveyor system exactly to your needs.

Skatewheel Conveyor

Skatewheel conveyors are perfect for unloading trucks, used with assembly line work or moving material from one point to another.

Skatewheel conveyors can move boxes, cartons and packages efficiently and quickly. but are not suitable for items with holes in the base i.e. pallets etc.

Skatewheel is normally set at a decline so that items can roll under their own weight or set horizontally for manual operation.

Ball tables/Ball Transfer Units

Ball tables/Ball transfer units are omni-directional load bearing spherical balls mounted in a frame which are used to turn a product through 360° for production purposes to join 2, 3 or 4 lines of conveyor together.

Ball tables are used for Flat bottomed items only.

Although ball tables are capable of handling heavy loads they are not suitable for heavy items in soft cardboard or items with edges as the balls have a very small surface area.

Extra Heavy Duty Roller Conveyors

Uses - Steel beams/shafts, timber beams, bundles of timber or steel into saws etc.

Tubular rolls with welded shafts mounted in outrigger ball bearing plummer blocks on
heavy duty steel frame.

Gravity Bends

Gravity bends come as standard at 90°as shown but we can accomodate any degree needed to suit.

In roller or skatewheel form.

Gravity Junctions & Merges

Uses - to split one line of conveyor into two or join two lines together.

Flat bottomed items only.

In roller or skatewheel form.

Turntables

Uses - To turn a product through 360° for production purposes.

To join 2, 3 or 4 lines of conveyor.

Generally in roller form only.

Gates

Uses - Pedestrian or fork truck access.

Gates can be counter balanced, spring loaded, fitted with gas
struts or pneumatically operated.

In roller or skatewheel form.

Extendable Conveyor - Flexible

Uses - Vehicle /container unloading or loading, temporary or mobile situations.

Can be used as straight or curved or combination of both.
Roller or skatewheel type.

Miscellaneous

A full range of support stands, side guides, end stops, side transfers, trolleys, side benches etc. can be supplied.
