and bulk items. Can be used for packing or assembly of items. Generally PVC or rubber belts running
on steel slider bed or roller bed. Drives can be at discharge end or underslung at any point along the conveyor.
Set horizontally or at inclines up to 30° max, depending on product. We are one of UK's largest

Troughed Belt Conveyors
Uses - Bulk or granular products - sand gravel, steel swarf plastic/rubber granules etc.
Generally PVC or rubber belts running on steel slider bed or roller bed. Drives can be at discharge end or
underslung at any point along the conveyor.
Set horizontally or at inclines up to 30° max, depending on product.
Heavy duty Troughed Belt Conveyor
Uses - Bulk or granular products - sand, gravel, clay, rubble etc. Generally PVC or belts running
on heavy duty steel idler roller sets. Drive at discharge end.
Belt Elevators
Uses - Granular, bulk material,components, to be elevated to other levels, into hoppers,
into skips etc. Constructed generally as the previous 3 types. Drives at discharge end only.
Belting fitted with crossflights to carry material.
Set at any angle between 20°-70° to the horizontal.
Wire Mesh Conveyors
Uses - Hot components or components to be fed through ovens etc.
Constructed generally as a flat belt conveyor fitted with a wire mesh belt.
Generally set horizontally.
Belt Bends
Uses - To handle products around bend when rollers are unsuitable, clothing, sacks,
delicate items etc. Curved belts up to 180° angle (90° shown)
Mezzanine Conveyor
Haven have designed a number of belt conveyor systems including mezanine conveyors which are generally flat
belt conveyors designed to load up to or down from mezzanine floors.
